Everyone in here getting trained is doing great,now alexus on the other hand has zero customer service courtesy,shes telling employees basically a customer cant be helped at this time until later and ok i get it but I can hear her comments because its an open lobby.I been in here nearly 30 mins so she can turn around and tell the other co worker i have to leave and come back,I never heard of not helping a customer who is already in the lobby to get situated and their print order done when no print jobs are being fulfilled ju... read more

Came here today to print documents to have bound into a book. The young woman at the desk was extremely friendly to the woman in front of me. When I came up, she said, “hey, “and walked away.
