I visited the FedEx location in Vinings, GA today to ship a very delicate and expensive collectible card valued at $1,500. What should have been a simple, straightforward process turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The young woman working the counter was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional from the moment I asked for a small box. Yan, Sloan and team were so incredibly helpful. I placed several, last-minute, custom orders for my sister's wedding and they delivered! They were helpful, kind and communicative, and understanding of my ask for a rush print. They were happy to accommodate, even though I know they were busy. Amazing service!

I had the best experience at this Fed Ex! Yan was amazing! He was so patient and helpful with me! I had a project due the next day and needed the documents completed that night. He was able to help me upload the docs, convert to PDF then email the docs over to the Fed ex email. So patient and great customer service. This is my fav Fed ex store now!

I’m not sure which driver you all have delivering to Smyrna over by truist park but AWFUL experience. They don’t double check addresses, deliver to the wrong apartments…even left my package outside in the open by the mailbox for someone to steal. Reported it and they basically told me “it’s hard for the drivers to find apartments sometimes update your delivery instructions” so leaving it by the mailbox outside is the solution?! Not even the office to ask where the apartment is. 0/10
