Rudest attendant I’ve ever encountered. Alexus gave me a bad attitude from the moment I stepped to the counter. She yelled to the customers about scanning the QR code for self service and cut me off when I told her I already tried it and it didn’t work. When I asked about printing out a pre paid label, she directed me to a tiny card at a different counter and when I said “you want me to walk all the way over there - you don’t have a card over here?” she started talking as she walked back “it won’t kill you to walk 2 steps”. ... read more

Alexus was the person I was trying to get help in dropping of a package. And she seemed to be very pathetic and rude towards customers. Hope she goes through proper training about how to deal with the customers. Also she was on a call while she was dealing with my concern….

Alexus provided a great customer experience not only to me but to other customers in the store while I was there. I witnessed her go above and beyond for other customers and calling other local locations for the customer for them before leaving this location. She was kind, pleasant and helpful. Thank you Alexus!

I’ve been to this FedEx many times with no problems but this last visit was very very disappointing. The store associate Alexus was rude, distracted and being unhelpful throughout our interactions. I had to call up FedEx support to fix the mistakes made by the associate 😞I get people have bad days but it’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly 😒 This visit made me lose trust in this store and I won’t be coming back.
