I bring these folks odd print jobs frequently (weird sizes, lamination, folding requests) and they consistently follow through with precision and patience. Most recently, Youness was a champ and worked through a few tests to make sure I got what I needed. Great team.

They have handled several print jobs for me and I have been very happy with their professionalism, service, and the quality of their work.
This is regarding my pickup confirmation number PRP2636152750. I clearly provided my correct pickup address multiple times, and your staff confirmed it. I even gave them a high rating for their service. But the next day, I received a call saying the pickup failed because the address was wrong in your system. This mistake caused shipment delays, and worse — the person who called me was extremely arrogant, offered no apology, and blamed me instead. This is completely unacceptable. Was in town and needed to ship a poster back home to Texas. Bought a white poster tube. Employees packaged it. Come to find out the tube wasnt sealed correctly and my rare posters were "lost".. crazy how my local FedEx does a good job but this officer didnt seal it correctly. AVOID
