We are in town doing chores and “print jobs” for our son’s wedding this weekend. The staff at this FedEx are amazing, positive, get the job done ASAP and get it right. I didn’t even ask them to correctly print up complicated little name table tents, and guest lists immediately..they just did it. On the spot. No mistakes. Great prices. Gregory is above and beyond excellent, but everyone was friendly and helpful. If I could, I would move this FedEx staff to San Francisco! Lucky you, Seattle.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went to a FedEx Office and paid almost $300 to send a small package from Seattle to Los Angeles using First Overnight because it was extremely important that it arrive Sunday morning by 8:00 AM. Before paying, I asked the employee over and over again if it would definitely arrive Sunday morning. I explained how important it was. I was repeatedly assured that the answer was yes.
