I had the best experience after being stressed over needing to ship multiple boxes and bulky items! The exceptional employee who took care of my shipment was a young man - Raven. (Cool name!) Too bad I don't live in that area because that would become THE FedEx store to handle all my shipments. A great interaction with a professional employee who handles everything with a great attitude and tries their best to save you money, is priceless. I hope that store takes care of employees like Raven.
I took 5 booklets to Fed Ex to be re-comb bound. The fifth graders at Bryant Elementary were writing about salmon and wanted to add pages to the booklets, but all 3 machines were broken. Jonno spent quite a long time trimming, making new holes, and then adding the comb. Jonno was careful and patient, and the booklets turned out beautifully. I appreciate his efforts.
I bring these folks odd print jobs frequently (weird sizes, lamination, folding requests) and they consistently follow through with precision and patience. Most recently, Youness was a champ and worked through a few tests to make sure I got what I needed. Great team.
