I’ve been there a few times for different reasons. 1 to send a box via fedex and she was great, 2 to make copies of a program to print for church. The employee was great and I called early one morning to see if they could print my job sooner than my scheduled pickup time and he said of course! And when I arrived, it was ready to pickup! I forgot his name but he was very polite and happy to help!

Matthew provided me excellent service by showing me how to use the fax machine (he essentially faxed the document for me). In addition to the great service, I was also very happy to find this FedEx open until late at night since I had to fax the document today.
