Not sure why this place is rated so low, it can get a little busy and sometimes parking lot can be a bit full, and sometimes the employees can remind me that I can use the self-serve option to check in my outgoing packages, in which case I proceed to decline and use their counter anyways... But the employees have always gotten me in and out of there quickly, even with a line, and have never had any issues to speak of.
Drop was soooo easy peasy!!! I was impressed
Pathetic experience. It was shut at 7pm although it was supposed to be open till 8pm
