This shipping company is terrible. They never know where the packages are and charge you express fees for nothing because the package never arrived.
I doc for printing they conferred that they can print it but we need to get in to the store but when I get in there I wait 35 minutes in lane than they refuse to print asap
I went there in a panic and then Brandy, the Assistant Manager, made everything perfect. A different printing company really let me down and I was without business cards the day before leaving town for a networking event. FedEx to the rescue. Brandy was able to adjust my file to fit the template and got me ready to go in under 4 hours. Fantastic, personalized service. Brandy and the team saved the day and earned a customer.
