I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this FedEx location today （5/16/2026) I entered the store at around 5:53 PM to print documents using the self-service printing station. I was able to upload my files and print only two pages, but another PDF could not be opened properly, and the system instructed me to ask for assistance. Beware of dropping any packages off at this location, I dropped off a power generator here at the self kiosk and got a receipt and the company that I returned it to said there was nothing in the box… either the driver is stealing the packages or the employee working at this location.. according to other reviews I just saw with the same issue
Ureliable, didn't ring bell or hide the package, cause package lost. Also late delivery than latest scheduled time by 3hrs, cause me unable to wait at home during that time. BTW, the website experience for reschedule delivery or hold is also a disaster.

Self service kiosks are easy to use. Not crowded. Staff are friendly.
