specifically asked for a certain delivery date range. the person at the counter acknowledged my request while providing a wrong service type which caused a lot of trouble at the receiving end. unprofessional service.
This place need better waiting line layout. When walked in you can see the counter but is it single line or grocery line style to each counter.
⸻ I visited this location at 10:00 AM with a simple request — to print one legal-size document. There were only two customers ahead of me, and the store was mostly empty. Despite this, the store manager, David, told me they were “too busy” and that I’d have to come back in several hours. This location has always offered a $17 rush fee for expedited service, so I questioned why that option wasn’t available — especially for just a single page.
