Best FedEx store I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful
Very kind and friendly folks. I had a priority overnight that I had to process at 4:30pm., so you can imagine I was feeling stressed driving and the GPS leading into the gated apartment building at 4:55 lol. Even tho I parked and a regular map would suffice, bc of the timing I still called just to make sure I was going the right way, and they were so patient. Sounds like I'm not the first victim lol. After just one delivery attempt they held my package at this FedEx office. I tried to p/u my package but because my new address is not on my DL they would not give me my package. Even though I have the door tag, an email from FedEx alerting me to p/u my package and I happen to have the same name as the recipient... BECAUSE I AM THE RECIPIENT!! Not to mention that my door tag is filled out incorrectly. It says both that they will make additional attempts and that the package is being held at the office. Which is it?! The guy ... read more
