After just one delivery attempt they held my package at this FedEx office. I tried to p/u my package but because my new address is not on my DL they would not give me my package. Even though I have the door tag, an email from FedEx alerting me to p/u my package and I happen to have the same name as the recipient... BECAUSE I AM THE RECIPIENT!! Lady over the counter is very rude.
Great store overall, and the personnel is super helpful. Thanks to Christian, an assistant in training, I was able to very quickly print my return label. Great you meet representatives like this, so friendly and ready to assist in whatever you need. I wish all people everywhere were so good. Thank you Christian! ⭐️
Excellent customer service from everyone who works here! Christian and Julie are so kind and helpful. This location is clean, convenient and offers shipping and printing services. They print pre-paid shipping labels for free on the sticker sheets, as long as you provide retrieval code from the “print and go” email. This location is open much later than USPS, which is really convenient. Thank you FedEx team!
