Helped a senior print a document
Again if I could give 0 stars. The problem with these companies is that there is no accountability. They dont care if their customer service tells you incorrectly because noone is going to get in trouble. I went to the library and got the return label, called customer service to see if I need to go to any drop off. They said any would do. Nice People in the store who were helpful on the phone
FedEx as a shipping company has some of the worst customer service in the industry, primarily due to their excessive use of AI phone systems that are not capable of recognizing unique requests, and will simply disconnect you if it does not understand your needs rather than connecting you to a human. This FedEx location in St Petersburg goes one step further in terrible service. Carri, Teresa, Laura, Hiro & Aleta are absolutley amazing. We needed help locating a package and they were all on top of it. Spending hours of their time to help my office. It was NOT FedEx that lost the package, it was a notary who lied and never dropped it off! This team provided the aboslute best customer service we could have ever asked for and more. HIghly recommend them and I'll be wriitng to the CEO of FedEx to make sure they're recognized for being so awesome.
