Showed up at 6:53 with two packages to be shipped out. The store says that they’re open until 7 pm. However no one was in there and the lights were off. I already had the labels printed out and taped on. What a disappointment and waste of my time.

As far as printing goes, I’ve been using this location 3 to 6 times a year for maybe 4 years now and they always do a perfect job. Cindra specifically is always pleasant and accommodating and I’m always asking her to get me some pile of last minute prints within a few hours and she gets it done every time. Thanks Cindra!

I came in at 5:55 PM to ask if he could print two instruction papers for my business to include with my shipment. He refused to print them, saying it would take four minutes. Very disappointed with the service.
