Staff was kind and patient while assisting with a critical international shipment for my company that we lost tracking for. They could’ve easily told me they could not help without receipt, but instead, they offered to search through records of transactions that spanned 3 days and found the information for us to track the package. Thank you for all your efforts and for going above and beyond! It is truly appreciated.
Charge you service fee when you do stuff yourself. It doesn't make sense
