I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I was under a lot of stress and had to get a printed copy of a report ASAP to give to the local CHP. I also had a crying six month old daughter in my arms. Rose and Anna were extremely helpful and very friendly. They helped me feel at ease and welcome and even distracted my baby as I tried to send my email attachment to the printer. Even after attempting several times it didn’t work. Went in to print a document. Lady said email it to her and she would print it. Saw her talking to other guy in store. The guy just looked at me waiting and finally said she's working on it. After 15 minutes of lack of communication and just waiting i left. 20 minutes to print an email?!!!!!!

The staff is eager to leave by 7 PM and stops accepting any packages as early as 6:40 PM. Their service is poor, and they discourage you from using their trolleys, even though they offer this service.

Gave up on trying to give them my business. The printed documents order form on their website crashed every time I tried to use it (wouldn't load locations, no payment button, error messages). Tried to call in the order and couldn't get a live human and was hung up on by the phone triage. Take your business elsewhere. It's too much of a hassle to do business with them. It's actually, I think, impossible.
