I am a regular FedEx customer to many fedex locations and unfortunately my recent experience at this location was disappointing. There was no one available to assist customers, the wait time was excessive, and the facility was not organized. Staff should be better trained on how to greet and communicate with customers respectfully and professionally. This location would benefit from new management.

I came in to ask to bind 8x14 documents, and it’s been done before at another FedEx location (I don’t remember which one). I’ve also Googled to see if FedEx can bind 8x14 and saw that FedEx Office “definitely offers printing and binding for 8.5" x 14" (legal size) documents” on the website. The staff here just flat out said it can’t be done. Disappointed at this location. Will be trying another location and try to remember which location did it.
