Order was messed up but nice enough to redo it and fix the error. Satisfied with service and staff. Really nice people, I don’t see why everyone is giving it low stars lol
Honesty is key in any situation especially when dealing with shipping items you want to feel ensured the package will be delivered. The service rep is the first individual that can make or break this initial working bond. Dave was very honest with me today, I needed to ship an item to a college dorm that has UPS on site. Reading the location Dave stopped and said it would be in your best interest to go to UPS and ship from there (respectfully). Horrible SERVICE…. They spent more time chatting and talking while ppl waiting in line!
There is 1 person in this location that provides good service (if I can remember his name I’ll update and give him his credit)… But Everyone else is below service. If you don’t walk in at exactly 5:59 PM, then they will provide you no service. They say their computers shut down at exactly 6pm and they can’t do anything about it…. If this is true, this is bad service from FedEx. If this is not true, then they are lying. Went to print a poster (36 x 48). Quoted me a price around $80 vs $69 i saw online. Then stated there will be expedited service fee (more than $20) if they have to print it at the store the same day. Decided to do the poster printing online from fedex.com and pick it up at another store the next day. Also used a coupon and saved around $10. Total including tax was only $62.17 I don't think there is such a thing as expedited printing fee. The printer does the printing when you click PRINT on the computer.
