I attempted to print several documents at this location and their printers were inoperative and I was instructed to keep trying a few more times to see if they would work and that I wouldn’t be charged. I did this with no luck. Eventually I did get the documents printed with their printer behind the counter and later on realized I was charged for every attempt I had made that didn’t actually print contrary to what the employee told me that I would not be charged. I went to FedEx on Sunday, Sept 21 at 1 PM to ship important documents with 2-day service, expecting them to arrive by Wednesday. When I asked the staff if the shipment would be delivered Wednesday morning or afternoon, he gave me attitude instead of a clear answer. When I politely asked if I could take a picture of the package to send to the receiver, he looked annoyed and threw my envelopes into the bin. Completely unprofessional. This FedEx on Steinway is a vital part of the community. The staff is always kind, patient and truly helpful- especially for those of us who are not very familiar with computers, printing, etc.! Thank you Yolanda ,and all at this store, for excellent caring service, always.

Horrible service. One of your drivers committed fraud and signed for my package forging my signature. Fed ex has refused to get in contact with the driver. If you’re reading this, make sure you ship with UPS.

The nervous-system-destroying incessant door alarm must make their employees go nuts. The cost for printing is excessive.
