Got a quote for a simple label job and SPECIFIED the size I needed. The quote came to me quickly and I approved the price of $38. When I arrived to pick up and pay, the label was was too small. I indicated that my EMAIL stated clearly the size I needed. I left and they said they would redo the label. 40 minutes later I get an email saying the price went from $38 to $177 which is INSANE.
