I've been using this FedEx Office location for over 10 years, and they've always been fantastic. The staff is friendly, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond. Recently I had some print files that didn't come out quite right with their online print service, and they were super helpful. Fast service, great quality, and people who genuinely care about getting it right.
Came in and asked a simple question to Ray who then yelled at me while Carston came over to politely handle and answer. This is the second time the same employee, Ray, has been extremely rude for no reason when I came in for a normal shopping service. It really took me by surprise that she was so cold and rude for seemingly no reason. Horrible customer service on Ray’s part.
