Sarah needs to find a new line of work. Can’t explain the shockingly uncomfortable demeanor she exhibits in a customer service position. Bad day? Maybe, but don’t leave me feeling like I just swallowed spiders after a 3 minute shipping interaction, please. “See ya later, Alligator” - Sarah

The lady attending shipping area need an intensive training on customer service and basic polite maners, she does not even said Hi when I enter into the store, she completelly showed with her body language that my presence in the store bothered her, I did not got her name, she was rude, Fedex store normally are attended by polite and profesional staff, that lady has no clue that she was hired to PROVIDE A SERVICE to people that pay for it, dont know her name but another shopper will findout. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I went here to get a laptop shipped to All State so they could repair my left keypad button. Contents were "lost" nearly a week after with no update or notice given to me. I had just checked tracking and it stated it never left the state so I called and customer service then told me my laptop was lost. Awful customer service, no accountable for what happened to my laptop. Never using Fedex to ship ever again!
