The employee was very rude, she was in the bathroom and there was no sign on one register and when she came back she said do you not see the sign with an attitude. There should’ve been two signs and that attitude was super unnecessary she shouldn’t be working in retail if she can’t provide good service.

I wanted to talk to a representing and the computer would not let me talk to a human being. I do not like talking to computers. I do have my tracking number and I wanted to talk to a representative to see if I could change the date, just in case I am ot home.

Somehow despite having established business hours, they are shut down for an hour in the middle of the day.

The staff member was extremely helpful with my print request, he provided some helpful guidance and the communication was great. Thanks to his help and effort I was able to get signs printed and cut within a short timeframe, I was so thankful. I am also thankful for the convenience of FedEx printing services including uploading my design document online. It saves me money to be able to simply be able to print the end product.
