The employee was the most UNHELPFUL staff member I have encountered in quite a while. She charged me $3.59 for a scan that should have been $.55 and never offered me the opportunity for self service. The scan she did cut off a portion of the picture so I had to go to a different location to get it done correctly as I would not return to this location inside of Walmart.
Took a picture of my package that was for apartment 15 in front of door 5.
The employee was very rude, she was in the bathroom and there was no sign on one register and when she came back she said do you not see the sign with an attitude. There should’ve been two signs and that attitude was super unnecessary she shouldn’t be working in retail if she can’t provide good service.
No one here at 09:30. Store was supposed to be open by 09:00.
I wanted to talk to a representing and the computer would not let me talk to a human being. I do not like talking to computers. I do have my tracking number and I wanted to talk to a representative to see if I could change the date, just in case I am ot home.
