I had a great experience at this location. The staff were super nice, and I was in and out in no time.
Always pleasant and knowledgeable
Carlos was super friendly and took the time to help me return some packages to footlocker. He was super accommodative and knowledgeable and understanding.
Lamentable servicio por parte de la encargada, afán de superioridad, malas formas. Supuestamente solo se puede enviar paquetería si tienes pasaporte o carnet de conducir de USA. Cosa que en otras oficinas no solicitan en ciudades grandes. Lamentable trato racista para un extranjero europeo que necesita enviar documentos
Kristen and Mary Beth were excellent. I had a stack of fragile, old documents that needed to be copied and Kristen did it to perfection and packed them beautifully. Marybeth was very helpful in trying to help me find my discount and did not give up. This was all on a very busy Saturday. This location is super clean unlike many of the other ones.
