Lamentable servicio por parte de la encargada, afán de superioridad, malas formas. Supuestamente solo se puede enviar paquetería si tienes pasaporte o carnet de conducir de USA. Cosa que en otras oficinas no solicitan en ciudades grandes. Lamentable trato racista para un extranjero europeo que necesita enviar documentos
Kristen and Mary Beth were excellent. I had a stack of fragile, old documents that needed to be copied and Kristen did it to perfection and packed them beautifully. Marybeth was very helpful in trying to help me find my discount and did not give up. This was all on a very busy Saturday. This location is super clean unlike many of the other ones.
Every time I come in. The staff ( the 2 women) does not greet you or even say Hello or anything. Just pure silence. They will look at you and not say a word. and make you feel like you’re a bother. Like ok? No type of customer service what so ever . Don’t bother to offer help, or a simple how are you doing? How can I help you ? Horrible customer service. Hire a new staff! These two seem to be unhappy and miserable. A smile goes a long way! Learn how to retrain these two! I mean it’s customer service… it’s not that hard.
Kristen at the Seekonk FedEx was honestly amazing! She helped me package up several work shipments and was kind, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service! One note***** I'm disappointed that FedEx does NOT accept stamped envelopes here. Little pry peeve but I feel they should take them to make it for convenient for us, the consumer. (Stamped letters must be dropped at a USPS box or post office instead) Still, thanks to Kristen, my visit was a great experience overall!
