Super friendly front desk employee, I think his name was Cheng. The self service kiosk is great!
Worst customer service! The Ethiopian lady at the counter is very disrespectful and unhelpful.
There are people—specifically one or two individuals—working at this establishment who have completely run out of patience. This is a difficult situation because a large number of people come here seeking service; however, some of the staff members here simply have no patience left. I am making this comment in the hope that they might improve—something we truly need. We need you, just as you need us; but when dealing with the public, one must often exercise patience.
