Expensive printing services and rude customer service. Another customer was helped before me, even though I was there in advance of the customer who arrived after me.

Expensive. Also, their print & go kiosks are old and crappy. Fedex tries to squeeze as much revenue out of you as possible. It’s like $.24/page to print at Fedex versus $.15 at the library. The process is also easier at the public library.
