Bad service. Sent them a brochure document with no bleed edges, but they printed it with white trim all around. Said I didn’t tell them to print it no blade. Wanted to charge me extra to cut off the white section. I won’t come back again.
The "customer service" here is abhorrent. Please train your employees on how to speak to people. Once they grasp common courtesy, move on to customer communication. Do better.
Horrible attitude when I first walked in. Gotta be better if you’re gonna overcharge for paper and shipping.
I get a lot of fast turnaround small run print done here. I've always found the staff here to be flexible, helpful and the print work they've done for me is excellent quality. I'm very glad to have this Fedex center and crew in my neighborhood. Toni and Aaron and the others are all top-notch.
