Jack was super helpful with my prints. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to find the right cardstock and coloring of paper for an amazing print. Awesome guy who really cares. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

I went to pick up my order and there was a sign posted "Back in 15 minutes" with no notation as to when that 15 minutes started. I waited 20 minutes and finally just left. I will never use this location again.

Consistently friendly and professional at the same time. It is so hard to find service like they provide at the Capitol Fedex Office in downtown Boise. The. Parking lot is a bit small but the team at Capitol keeps the service moving fast enough that the parking time time is pretty quick. Love this team. I am a Notary Loan closer. I have multiple sets of documents to ship each day at different times of the day. So when I say they're consistent. I have the data to back it up. 😁

Ashley called me to tell me I have a package to pick up, I have no clue what the package is and then they say they must have the tracking number, that no name is listed on the package but yet they specifically left me a message with my full name, and won’t release the package. Waste of time.
