The manager, Alexis, gave me great customer service, was friendly and gave me a genuine smile (not fake). She assisted me with the small problem that I had. Small things like this make so much difference!
This store needs new management and needs to learn to follow corporate policies instead of making up their own. The guy that works here is super nice, polite and helpful. The dark haired woman is over the top and needs not yell across the entire business complex what people are shipping. Some things are very valuable and we worry about theft and privacy. Amazing customer service!
The customer service at this particular location is top notch. The manager goes out of her way to be helpful with projects, ideas, suggestions, formatting, etc. Every single time I have come in to this location, I have been greeted with a smile and a positive helpful attitude by all members of her staff. I will keep coming back for sure.
