The management and staff at this location are always friendly. I've been coming here for years now, and as a notary, I am always dropping off documents to be shipped a couple of times a day. They are consistently knowledgeable and go out of their way to be accommodating.

The manager, Alexis, gave me great customer service, was friendly and gave me a genuine smile (not fake). She assisted me with the small problem that I had. Small things like this make so much difference!
This store needs new management and needs to learn to follow corporate policies instead of making up their own. The guy that works here is super nice, polite and helpful. The dark haired woman is over the top and needs not yell across the entire business complex what people are shipping. Some things are very valuable and we worry about theft and privacy.
