Nyah was effective and while assisting me. Her customer service was appreciated because I had been stressed about getting this out . I also observed her communication with a customer with special needs . I am a teacher and I could appreciate her ability to communicate. Neat book selection here.
Let me start off by saying Dan is an asset to this store!! I called in a frantic state ( because of my own doing) lol….and explained to Dan what I needed to get done, designed and printed by morning!! Dan expertly listened, and told me to stop by. I did and when I say Dan, was professional, warm, welcoming, kind, friendly and balanced between assisting me and others customers who walked in!!! And she never lost a beat!!! The management and staff at this location are always friendly. I've been coming here for years now, and as a notary, I am always dropping off documents to be shipped a couple of times a day. They are consistently knowledgeable and go out of their way to be accommodating.
