I frequent many shipping centers in the Madison area for work. This location provides incredibly slow service, the employees all share bad attitudes and treat customers with an equal annoyance for having to do their jobs. It's a miserable atmosphere. When I have to stop at a fedex, I'll go out of my way to the downtown location or northbound hwy 51 a few miles from this location. Today Shea at this store was very helpful and patient helping me with print and go. Thank you, Shea
Customer service in this store is not that great. Maybe to everyone else, but not to me. Especially when I asked for help more than once. A simple printing job that shouldn't have taken more than two minutes took me half an hour to figure out because I don't know the process with their machines. Smh. And when there were no customers, they were too busy talking with themselves by then, I already figured it out.
Copy machines are great.
