This place will ship your item out, then three days later charge you a "cost adjustment" to your card, mine was 35.00. I literally took the item into the store to ship it. They sold me a shipping label for 24.00 then charged my card an extra 35.00 three days later. When I asled them about it, they could not explain but would not refund. Save your headache and go to UPS.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is completely untrained and unprofessional. I waited six hours just for simple passport photos. When I asked how much longer it would take, their answer was simply: ‘I don’t know.’ Absolutely unacceptable. FedEx Print Service should do better. Avoid this place if you value your time.

Simple print job and unable to submit online because only a 2 pages at most of 8.5x11 so had to do walk-in order (which isn’t an issue). But the poor service experience and mis-charge is. Really isn’t that wild to expect straightforward printing support from a print center.
