Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is completely untrained and unprofessional. I waited six hours just for simple passport photos. When I asked how much longer it would take, their answer was simply: ‘I don’t know.’ Absolutely unacceptable. FedEx Print Service should do better. Avoid this place if you value your time.
Simple print job and unable to submit online because only a 2 pages at most of 8.5x11 so had to do walk-in order (which isn’t an issue). But the poor service experience and mis-charge is. Really isn’t that wild to expect straightforward printing support from a print center.

Phebe was so nice! She helped me with a very complicated printing order the other day and was so patient and helpful the whole time!! I will definitely be returning for more print orders :) thank you so much phebe!!!
