Gave them some pokemon to ship 1350 dollar order and they got busy. I kept telling him to pack it good and he just screwed me 100 dollar reimbursement too maybe on the phone for 30 minutes and still on hold. Do not go here go somewhere else, box stop is amazing!!! These people suck

Is it normal that they dont pack the package in front of you? I sent two camera lenses. They just made me pay for the box , they just printed the label after. They just pile it on the side. And told me Its good? Is that how they usually do it?
