Very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. I came in to send important international documents, not commercial goods, but I was told that EEI was required and was directed to contact the FedEx International Office instead of receiving clear help in the store. When I tried to create the shipment online, the system kept asking for an invoice, even though this was a document-only shipment, and I was not given a clear explanation. Gave them some pokemon to ship 1350 dollar order and they got busy. I kept telling him to pack it good and he just screwed me 100 dollar reimbursement too maybe on the phone for 30 minutes and still on hold. Do not go here go somewhere else, box stop is amazing!!! These people suck
