Poor service. They told me that my package mas not delivered (It was, I had the tracking). After 2,5 hours insisting, they found it. Terrible experience, made me lose the Park Day.
What incredible customer service. My company was at a tradeshow and they assisted me in getting my materials handling paid for before it arrived then when it left, they helped me track it and sent me confirmations long after they closed. They even reached out to me directly with confirmations. I am blown away big call out to LISA and the entire crew at store #2887!!!
Fabi was amazing and went over and beyond to assist me. The team assisted me with shipping and packaging. I am grateful.
Handling Fee can be Expensive if your picking up or droping off packages but they take all kinds, UPS, DHL,ETC
