Ordered two weeks in advance, wasn’t ready day of. Made it seem like it was my fault. The guy said they would cut it and didn’t. Refused to give any credit on a nearly 400$ order for 2 posters
Worst customer service ever. I had the cashier help me with my package, license plates going to the DMV. The shipping address was on the paperwork which was a PO Box. My package is still in limbo after a month because FedEx doesn't ship to a PO Box. Why would the worker not tell me that so I could find another address? Worst service ever, NEVER USE IT! Are literally not doing anything and even if it said a package has been received, they didn’t even try to find it. Nicole gave the worst customer service ever. Will never use Fedex again!
Its a resort thats strict on parking. Go to a regular store front. Dont waste your time like me.
