They refused to take my employee's passport photo, even though we were instructed by FedEx to go to this location. They claimed they don’t provide that service here, despite the fact that they do offer it as stated online. A quick search on the FedEx website confirms that this is a service available at this location. Bunch of lazy bums
Would give this location a zero star if I could. They lost my package after I had dropped it off to them for delivery to my warranty company. I opened up 3 cases with customer service and they closed them all saying they returned my package back to shipper without showing any proof or even updating the tracking number, still says it's in the process of returning and that it's not complete
An employee of this store (lady with ponytail) went way out of her way to help me.. a level of customer service rarely seen any more. I couldn't thank her enough. She is an awesome Fed ex office employee. Thank you, once again
