No joke, check your receipt. They’re charging customers to print their own receipt, whether you ask for one or not. I’ve never seen anything like this. I caught it on mine and they refunded it, but it was clear the staff didn’t even realize it was happening. Which means most people are probably paying it without ever noticing. Every self-service print job includes an extra black-and-white page charge that isn’t actually part of your print. That “extra page” is your receipt you are forced to pay for. Customer service is always terrible
Everyone at the store has always been so nice and helpful. They do get busy! But they always have provided us with great customer service. I do a lot of print work here as well, and I love the quality and price!
