Denise was fantastic. She showed me exactly how to do what I needed. Her service was super.
I was home all day nothing no knock nothing then I go check my door and the note says must sign. Well I’m the last 3 times I’ve never signed and now there messing with my life I really need it to have this this morning. I’m going to see if they can have a more reasonable people deliver it ! Today I’m looking out the window for it and I shouldn’t have to.
Shipped an envelope and had the wrong apartment number on it. Ran back a few hours later after realizing it, hoping it may not have been put on the truck yet. He went through the bin of packages to find it to change the address. Very much appreciated! Both the initial shipping and the corrected ones handled by pleasant people, great customer service.
Friendly, fast and efficient. Stopped by for a passport photo in and out in under 5 minutes.
