DO NOT USE!!!! I had a custom PC shipped here, even payed for extra packaging, and they TOTALLED IT! After going back and forth with the claims service for about a month and some days, they REFUSED TO PAY THE FULL VALUE OF MY PC DESPITE PROVIDING ALL PROOF THEY ASKED FOR!!!! Want to charge $2.50 A SIDE to fax documents. Hahahahahahha BLATANT price gouging, ripping off their customers. BAD business practices/ HELL OF greedy.

The worst of all the FedEx Office Print ship stores around this is the only one that I know of it's not open on a Saturday for that matter even half a day on Sunday how do they even compete with UPS it's in the same mall that is at least open on Saturdays until 6:00 p.m. I believe it's ridiculous I need to be able to get packages all the way up until at least 9:00 p.m. they need to reconsider their hours Walmart is open why not use some of the employees that got Miss allocated by the self-checkouts and use them during the ho... read more
RUSHMYPASSPORT IS NO GOOD This review is about RUSHMYPASSPORT and not FedEx or a specific FedEx branch. I am Among the many that were let down by this company RMP and their incompetence. After paying over $700 for an emergency passport for a trip, they dropped the ball and completely screwed me.
