I went here to print my wife’s tax documents. Their prices are amazing and processing is super easy. Shout out to evening manager he was awesome and helped me to print correctly. This place is a God send if you need to print documents

Automated service sucks
WORTHLESS !!! Spent 3 hours in FedEx Office, not being able to refuse a delivery because FedEx driver didn't ring the doorbell. 6 managers in a row (escalation) were unable to make a decision to make a minor exception to make a customer happy. Managers were clearly not adequately (if at all) trained to perform basic customer service transactions or given a spec of empowerment. God help all of us! Customers & line staff!
