Automated service sucks
WORTHLESS !!! Spent 3 hours in FedEx Office, not being able to refuse a delivery because FedEx driver didn't ring the doorbell. 6 managers in a row (escalation) were unable to make a decision to make a minor exception to make a customer happy. Managers were clearly not adequately (if at all) trained to perform basic customer service transactions or given a spec of empowerment. God help all of us! Customers & line staff!
This is the first time I am disappointed in Fedex. I am not sure if it was the manager of this store overcharging-but it sure seemed that way. Henderson NV to Phoenix AZ was over $100 for a box and shipping of an auto AC hose. Light as a feather and a little awkward, any way it goes it was over $100 to ship an AC hose a few hundred miles. I didn’t ship as it was only an $80 return, lol. They charged me $29 for a less than 2lb 16x12x5 package to TX. DO NOT USE!!!! I had a custom PC shipped here, even payed for extra packaging, and they TOTALLED IT! After going back and forth with the claims service for about a month and some days, they REFUSED TO PAY THE FULL VALUE OF MY PC DESPITE PROVIDING ALL PROOF THEY ASKED FOR!!!! Has been a nightmare to deal with for the incompetence and TRASH service. Overpriced, zero care for customers and A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!! Go to UPS, never had issues with them.
