Fitsum is an extremely rude woman with an attitude. I have never encountered anyone so mean. I walked up to return the parcel; she didn't even say hello and printed out labels, and I was clueless. She was staring at me with such a negative attitude. When I fixed them (which was strange; I usually go to UPS, and they do everything), she told me, "Your package isn't packed." I did a Google search for usps, this came up, but they don’t do any usps mailings! Very frustrating
