Service was excellent!
This location at N. Tarrant Parkway is, by far, the most unprofessional FedEx branch I have encountered in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas. As someone who submits printing orders almost daily across various locations, the contrast in service is stark. The branch appears severely understaffed, with only one employee present who was not even wearing a FedEx uniform. Denim was so nice and helpful. Refreshing because I ship a lot and most people are rude!
The gentleman was fast extremely helpful, fast, and friendly.
This FedEx location is my choice for obtaining service for faxes and printing. Today, I had a very important fax to send. I was greeted by Denym who assisted me. He was so kind and professional and provided great customer service!
