I've been printing at FedEx for years, but Denym will be the reason I become a regular at this location. What can I say? Watching an associate efficiently assist three different shipping customers while also being incredibly patient with me regarding the details of my prints left my jaw on the floor. 🤷♀️ He's clearly a seasoned pro, and I'm grateful to know I'll be in good hands for all of my future business.
Well, at the FedEx office #129 north Tarrant The person at this facility was very unprofessional and could not give me any help when I asked several times for her to help me with the coffee machine. Definitely need to train this individual on how to be courteous and more helpful. Left without getting anything done and I had a lot of copying to do.
Terrible customer service. Asian guy working there was horrible. Had issue with printer and he did not even consider refunding all the blank Sheets it printed. Worst experience ever.
Probably the worst customer service from a fedex store ive ever seen! Lady is a complete jackazz!
Terrible experience today. Use to be a great location but with not having the same people always work they will not even do print jobs because they are not trained. Just like McDonalds ice cream machine FedEx uses the binding machine broke when they don’t want to help you because they are busy.
