Good service the black tall gentleman who was there on that day served me with a 200. Percent out of this world service keep it up wish I remembered his name
The young lady that assisted me at the North Riverside and Heritage Trace location was great. She helped me with the large package that I was having trouble with. She printed out the return label and gave me the receipt. She was friendly. This will be the location I go to next time I need to ship something.

My go to for shipping items! The employees are always super friendly and attention to detail. Excellent customer service would highly recommend!
Been coming here since I moved to this area in 2016. I've never felt inclined to write a review for this place because it's always met my needs and nothing more. Never had any issues. So there's 3 stars for anyone just looking for a FedEx facility. Now let's get into why 3 stars.
