So here's some info. Watch them package your items. James served us in 07/25/25 @ 1:07 pm. We explained we had a ceramic skull that needed to be bubble wrapped. We offered to do it so we could make sure it was done correctly. He said "no, I'll even add peanuts. I'll take care of it and it will be fine." I dropped off a device return here, a young man with slightly curly hair helped me. He was very kind. I had my two kids and was VERY zoned out. Basically just scanned my code and he boxed my item for me. I was thankful for him!
