I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I went in to print a document, but the staff did not seem interested in helping. It took almost an hour just to get everything set up and paid for a printing card, which should have been a simple process. On top of that the Indian disrespectfully tossed the print card on the counter instead of handing it to me. The best customer service and efficient staff. Aleta does her job with joy and makes a point to get to know who she is attending to while giving the best service. She is representing FedEx with pride and honestly makes me want to come to that location every time I have to make a shipment. I am writing to formally report a missing package that I personally dropped off at this FedEx location, and to request immediate assistance, as I have been unable to get help through customer service or the claims system. On December 10, I went to the FedEx location at 8501 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20910. On the same day, I created the shipping label at the store and dropped off the package in person.
