Worst customer.service had you waiting there for long time employees were upset and bothered about too much work and laughed when I mentioned I needed help . No help at all just plain rude
Never had bad experience with this location before, I alway come here to get my paper print all the time but this time I went in just for a quick print papers from my phone the three women staffs that work there wouldn’t care, it giving off a lazy customer service! So I just figure it out by myself at the printer station and left.
I give this FedEx Office location a 5 for one reason only…Cindy! She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, professional, very welcoming, accommodating, willing to go above and beyond for the customers, and much more! I didn’t really get that from the other employees. They weren’t rude or anything, but the vibe I was getting from them when I asked a question was unapproachable and not really wanting to be bothered.
