Xavier has one of the poorest most unprofessional attitudes. FedEx was a week late on my shipment so I went in there to ask for help on getting it returned to sender. He was cocky, disrespectful, and spoke to me in the most condescending manner, not to mention his shirt, choice and style was suspect if know what I mean.
Had to drop off multiple packages for an international shipment. Super helpful and very friendly! Made it easy.
Sign says they open at 10 a.m. still standing in line at 10:40 a.m. no one is even there to open. Unbelievable! Bad enough you're not open a little on a Saturday, can't even show up on time to open the place. Will never go there again!
One person working here at all times. Waiting 45 mins to drop off a package and there were only 2 people in front of me…
Poor location and staffing for volume. One person working on 8/22 at 02:54PM the line was 5 deep and the person being serviced was shipping half dozen parcels. They don’t even have a place to drop prepaid items that require no service when they are already boxed and labeled.
