Poor location and staffing for volume. One person working on 8/22 at 02:54PM the line was 5 deep and the person being serviced was shipping half dozen parcels. They don’t even have a place to drop prepaid items that require no service when they are already boxed and labeled.
Showed up at 240 to a closed sign, more the reason to use UPS over these delinquents
Thank you to Christine earlier today! So professional, so wonderful, so helpful & a shining star for FedEx! This amazing FedEx Team Member deserves extra kudos, a promotion & a raise. I also saw as she managed so many other customers in this compact spot within the Walmart! Truly an asset to FedEx! My thanks again to Christine!
Two drop boxes were out of service, and now this at the only store within an hour of me. Trash company, trash service. Obviously they don't pay enough for proper staffing.
They care, follow through, and took extra step to assure I got my printed products on time! They helped me by walking me through the website making sure I picked the right template to purchase the print. They worked together to kept me posted by calling me every step of the way for my order! Definitely be using there printing services again.
