Very very bad experience. I went to the store in person to print the documents. They asked me to email the files to them, and I waited a very long time before they finally received them. The staff told me that a 24×24 black-and-white print was $0.99 per sheet. However, after the printing was done, they then told me the price had to be multiplied by four. Stephanie is very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a store to print a large document. I called two ups stores and was told they didn’t have enough paper for it. Then I called another FedEx store and was told they couldn’t guarantee if I could even pick it up by tomorrow noon time. But I needed it today. Then I called this store. Stephanie helped to check the availability and told me it’s ok to pickup today and they finished it quickly! Both Stephanie and Raymond did excellent jobs! Thank you!

I went there to drop off a package. I was never told that I had to pack up the package. I was just told to scan the QR code when I arrived there I was told by the female worker to purchase a box she did not want to help at all. I came far to drop it off and she didn’t help with any resolution besides having me pay for a box. I don’t even know if that was the correct size. They just told me this is the amount to get a box.
