On a Saturday at 2:30pm there was a paper on the door asking people to return at 2:45pm Very Unfriendly customer service! I will avoid coming here in the future
Rude staff
I generally only post positive reviews. Being a mature calm person I can typically resolve issues to the point of acceptability. This is not the case here. I took a rather involved scanning project and confirmed in detail how a notebook would be converted to and OCR scan. Something my home scanner did very well but it was a sheet by sheet process and with 300 pages that is a bit much. I was there in the afternoon, and when I stepped in, it was dark and a lady immediately said “ we are on lunch break now”. Then I noticed there was a temporary printing sign “we will return 3:30”, even if their Google shows open from 10am-6pm on Saturdays. So I asked her if I could just left my package by the door, and she can scan this later. She said “No, I have to scan it when you are here”. I checked on FedEx and didn’t find this requirement.
