Never open!! Everytime I go to drop off packages during business hours the door is locked. It’s beyond annoying.
Never open. Wasn't open Saturday all day. Closed from 2-230 pm Monday. Go somewhere else
I don't like to give bad reviews, but this Medlock Bridge Fedex branch next to Einstein bagels is terrible. This is the third experience in a row with such rude service. The woman straight up lied to my face multiple times. She was also incompetent and had no clue how to use the system to find a country I was shipping to. Most basic task for someone working in a fedex store. She refused to listen. Kept interrupting. No issues dropping off or picking up packages there. But the representative there is very dry and unwelcoming. It is as if she is doing you a favor when you pay a lot money to use fedex services.
If i could give them a zero star i would!!! Lazy incompetent staff!! Absolutely zero customer service. No extra care for the hearing impaired!! Not sure how these people have jobs!!! Rude beyond words and the internet signal doesn’t work inside the store!! Bloody joke!!
