No issues dropping off or picking up packages there. But the representative there is very dry and unwelcoming. It is as if she is doing you a favor when you pay a lot money to use fedex services.
If i could give them a zero star i would!!! Lazy incompetent staff!! Absolutely zero customer service. No extra care for the hearing impaired!! Not sure how these people have jobs!!! Rude beyond words and the internet signal doesn’t work inside the store!! Bloody joke!!
Used to be run by helpful, friendly people. My last several transactions it seems their staff has changed and evidently it’s now some kind of privilege for you to give them your business.
I was told by the person behind the counter (on October 2, 2025 at the Medlock bridge , Duluth location ) that if I wanted to send a FedEx envelope to someone and enclose a self addressed envelope in the package, that I would need to go back home and create an account and then send the label via email to the fed ex location. And then, comeback to the FedEx store to have them print out labels in order to have my package delivered. It does not make sense that this could not be handled in the store. worst experience I've had, the staff refused my perfect condition original box but had to sell me a new one at $4.99 with no difference
