They packed my package and then shipped. Except they mixed up my package and another package and sent some horse/farming equipment instead of the items I shipped. When I asked for help they offered nothing more than to call corporate. Corporate said file a claim but your contents are lost. No help whatsoever
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any shipping company, especially compared to other locations. The customer service representative, Kim, displayed an unprofessional and concerning attitude that made the process unnecessarily complicated.
Very poor customer service. The employee Daniel was dismissive, and the supervisor Mina was just as unhelpful. Felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. They seem that they rather send you home without getting the service that you need.
Disappointing service. Employees and supervisor acted like helping customers was a burden, very poor attitude, and unhelpful supervision. Needs serious improvement.
