I couldn't get the name of the lady, she helped me with printing, getting labels, helping with mail, and troubleshooting with the printer. she was very nice and helpful. she definitely went beyond what she was supposed to do. my baggage was delivered very smoothly, thanks to her.

I’m truly impressed with the service at this FedEx location! Eva was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to help me with my order and print needs. I ordered 20 copies of a restaurant menu, and everything came out perfectly. Darius also provided excellent service—super friendly and welcoming. The vibe here is great, and I’ll definitely be returning for my next project!
Customer Service here is an unknown concept. Their staff are not all trained to do all the work. After waiting in a long line to order a print job, only one person of 3 employees on duty was trained on taking print orders, but she was not able to help me because she was not feeling well. How can a business have a single point of failure like that?
