I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. An employee was rude and unprofessional during my visit, which made a simple errand unnecessarily stressful. I expect better customer service and won’t be returning to this location unless something changes.
The two ladies who work here, one of which is the Manager, are the rudest, most incompetent people in any customer service role I have ever encountered. At this point, the problem is with the District Manager as well for allowing them to continue working in this store. It is obvious that every customer is a bother and if they don’t talk the customer out of completing the work, they will even manipulate the price to make the customer go away. Shame on you Fed-Ex Office upper Management for allowing this to continue.
