Abysmal service, double charges, and hostile management. I had a highly disappointing experience at this FedEx location due to severe billing errors and completely unacceptable customer service. The service was incredibly slow; the representative seemed to lack knowledge and completely messed up my refund, resulting in me being double-charged for a single shipping box.The situation escalated when the manager stepped in. The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. It's a bit expensive but to no fault of the location.
Terrible customer service, awful experience at this location. Go there if you have to drop a package with out interacting to staff.
