Terrible customer service. Manager that works here is unnecessarily rude. Next time I need to ship a package I will go to a different FedEx.
Horrible customer service all the way to corporate. Shipping a license with initial request for overnight service (almost $70) so glad I didn't choose this option on Monday. Woman said if I could wait 1 day for Wednesday delivery would only be $10. I paid for 2day. Last night zero tracking update available because per website not yet picked up. This morning I called the store. They don't handle refund or customer svc directly. Was transfered to corporate and told too bad so sad. We do not guarantee 2 day delivery service. No... read more
