As a small business owner who ships regularly through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, I have to say this FedEx store consistently stands out and not in a good way. Today was yet another disappointing experience. I told the representative that my package was very fragile and had already scanned the shipping label myself. Chip in the front desk was very professional and polite. However; he was very skeptical of me lol because the company I work for shipped something using my nickname vs my legal name. Even after he had enough proof because both my last names he was still trying to make sure I wasn't trying to pickup something not for me. I commend him actually because I know my packages will not get picked up by random package thiefs.

Stunning lack of customer awareness. I walked in 15 seconds after a guy who wanted books made immediately. And I stood there looking watching this guy named “Chip” make the books….ever so slowly. He came up to the counter 3 times….no eye contact. No “I’ll just be a minute”. Just ignored me for 10 full minutes. The correct thing to do is to say, “Hi.i have a rush job I’m working on. Chris at this location was AMAZING! He helped we with a very important shipment that someone else was bringing in. Chris was helpful, friendly and made me feel confident that he would do whatever he could to assist. I can't thank him enough for his help and wonderful customer service.
