Stunning lack of customer awareness. I walked in 15 seconds after a guy who wanted books made immediately. And I stood there looking watching this guy named “Chip” make the books….ever so slowly. He came up to the counter 3 times….no eye contact. No “I’ll just be a minute”. Just ignored me for 10 full minutes. The correct thing to do is to say, “Hi.i have a rush job I’m working on. Chris at this location was AMAZING! He helped we with a very important shipment that someone else was bringing in. Chris was helpful, friendly and made me feel confident that he would do whatever he could to assist. I can't thank him enough for his help and wonderful customer service.
Kaitlin was awesome and assisted me with packaging and reprinting my labels as they were too light to scan. I appreciate the great service of going above and beyond. Definitely ask for Kaitlin!
Five stars is not enough. I was in a jam and needed some blueprint size pages printed right away. I did the web submission at least an hour before the store opened. I went into "pushy mode" and showed up right at 8:00 a.m. Psssshhhhttt. They were printed and waiting on me. Stellar service accompanied by a fantastic demeanor. My sincerest thanks.
