Expensive and not friendly when doing a claim.
As I was returning home this afternoon and had to wait a moment or two for the Fedex truck to move before I could enter my driveway. No problem at all about this. I only mention it because the driver obviously knew I was waiting. As you can see from the picture attached, he left a large package right square in front of my garage door. There was no way for me to enter my garage without moving the package, and obviously he was well aware of that fact. Only comparing experience with other location in the OKC area. The service was great, the workers friendly and efficient. This location could be more efficient with the self help kiosk that allow customers to data enter, scan and drop mail.
Went to FedEx today to get a fax for the second time and email sent as will when I got there Natasha waited on me once again she was very helpful and very nice as always will i was probably in there about 20 to 25 min which shouldn't have taken that long but it wasn't Natasha fault she went over to tell the manager John Gerry that she needed help at that time he finished waiting on his customers when he got finish he went toward the back pretending he was doing something and Natasha went back and told him once again she need... read more
