As I was returning home this afternoon and had to wait a moment or two for the Fedex truck to move before I could enter my driveway. No problem at all about this. I only mention it because the driver obviously knew I was waiting. As you can see from the picture attached, he left a large package right square in front of my garage door. Only comparing experience with other location in the OKC area. The service was great, the workers friendly and efficient. This location could be more efficient with the self help kiosk that allow customers to data enter, scan and drop mail.
Went to FedEx today to get a fax for the second time and email sent as will when I got there Natasha waited on me once again she was very helpful and very nice as always will i was probably in there about 20 to 25 min which shouldn't have taken that long but it wasn't Natasha fault she went over to tell the manager John Gerry that she needed help at that time he finished waiting on his customers when he got finish he went toward the back pretending he was doing something and Natasha went back and told him once again she need... read more
Fast service, professional employees
If you have overnight packages, do NOT ship from this location. I just pre-paid for 10 overnight shipping labels that guarantee next day delivery if dropped off before 5:00PM. Well this locations truck leaves at 4-4:30 apparently, unbothered. So I would highly suggest using a different location that actually has employees who care about customers, instead of people who are just collecting a paycheck every day.
