This is my second time using this office and both times were unacceptable. I was hoping the first time was a fluke but unfortunately not. I gave two stars because everyone was nice however there is no sense of urgency or focusing on the customer. I arrived at 340 and left at 410 after printing off two sheets of paper that was sent to them and I brought my own paper. Please note i was the only one in line for print. All the machines are broken
The store and office are both awful. Never make scheduled pick ups. The drop box is worthless. The other local drop box hasn't been serviced in years. DO NOT USE FEDEX IN WOODBRIDGE.
