Very bad service no wants to help they stand their talking about personal things and when you ask for assistance they do very poorly with it like not wanting to help. What kind of people you have working here.

This FedEx store is absolutely unacceptable. Because of the employee’s mistake, the wrong instruction was put on my package and it caused a full week of delay. I ended up having to return the package and create a whole new label just because of their carelessness. When I called the store to get help, the employee was completely rude, refused to help, and even hung up the phone on me in the middle of explaining my problem. I want to give a heartfelt compliment to Larry for doing an outstanding job. His customer service was truly exceptional. Even though he was the only employee assisting more than 20 people, he remained patient, positive, and fully attentive. He took his time with each person and still delivered the high level of service everyone hopes for. Larry truly went above and beyond, and his dedication deserves to be recognized.
