Ridiculous that you can't reach any local FedEx store via phone call!
Worse customer service ever!
This is my second time using this office and both times were unacceptable. I was hoping the first time was a fluke but unfortunately not. I gave two stars because everyone was nice however there is no sense of urgency or focusing on the customer. I arrived at 340 and left at 410 after printing off two sheets of paper that was sent to them and I brought my own paper. Please note i was the only one in line for print.
