dropped a package off at the fedex in Walmart off of Carolina Beach Road, paid for overnight and it took them 5 days to deliver. Called Fedex and they sad the walmart facility had "issues" I guess the great customer service that walmart offers has spilled into the fedex store, def will not be using them again. boooo on you!!
Staff was really great, I paid $215 for next day shipping and it didn’t get there until 3 days later. I cannot get in touch with FedEx corporate, they do not care. Go with UPS.
The staff at this location are the friendliest and most helpful of any FedEx store I’ve been to. Octavia and Ryan are truly the best. Thanks, guys!
My pkg had "hiccups" and the 800# offered no information why after numerous calls. I decided to go in person to FED EX at Walmart on Carolina Beach. The agent discovered why an envelope for 2 day delivery was taking 6 days to NJ. He had made several calls and finally, the pkg was moving. Many thanks to the agent at this location. The best customer service I have experienced and will use this location again.
