All four of the staff working when I came in this morning, Joshua, Chenghao, Quentin, and Christiana, were super attentive, helpful, and responsive. I brought in two bankers boxes of documents to shred and two boxes of heavy, valuable items to package securely and ship cross-country. They asked the right questions, gave me transparent pricing up front and got my okay before proceeding, and securely packaged the items in one box to minimize shipping costs - while I waited. There is a guy named Jeff who works in there and he is the rudest person I've ever encountered at a fedex office to the point I will travel all the way to downtown silver spring office to avoid him. I am an african american man and I walk in and he says what you doing dropping off. Then a caucasian man walks in and he says goodmorning can I help you and does the same with an asian lady that walks in. Great employee's and always clean
Very professional and nice service.
It’s Sunday, hours are noon to 6:00 PM. I arrive at 2:15 to ship an item only to find the door locked and a sign reading the are closed until 2:45 PM for lunch. Guess they can’t do a six hour shift without food? If you close for lunch, post that in the door and your website.
