ABSOLUTELY USELESS. ROBOT AI IS TERRIBLE. They do not know if they have passport photo services because instead of a person like I asked for I was stuck in "please repeat that" and "were you looking for help with a package?" A person would have answered my question. FedEx you are trash for replacing people with AI
Had a great experience today with printing a large complex document. Their staff was so helpful after multiple attempts to get this document to print. I really appreciated the really good customer service and efforts to get my doc to print. The self-printing was easy and quick in a pinch.
Staff is GREAT. Could not ask for better service. This 1 star is because there is a problem with the machine and no one is looking into it. I have an account; however, I go there and have them weigh and pay for full service. However, when the package gets to the distribution office, they charge me MORE??? How is it possible for the same package to weigh as much as 5 more pounds between this FedEx office and the distribution warehouse??? I came here to print a label i had a QR code for and ship a big package. I walked in and was helped immediately. The whole transaction was very smooth and easy. Everything worked perfectly and I was in and out in less than 2 min. Couldn't get any better!
