Needed a new passport photo so FedEx was conveniently located. The employee kindly advised me that my white top wasn't appropriate (my choice of word and not his). I actually had to make two more trips before I wore acceptable attire. The staff was nothing but kind, efficient, and attentive. I generally choose this store for all of my shipping needs.
Great, helpful and efficient service. I needed to purchase a box big enough to fit all my items. Everything was ready to ship in under 3 minutes.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS. ROBOT AI IS TERRIBLE. They do not know if they have passport photo services because instead of a person like I asked for I was stuck in "please repeat that" and "were you looking for help with a package?" A person would have answered my question. FedEx you are trash for replacing people with AI
Had a great experience today with printing a large complex document. Their staff was so helpful after multiple attempts to get this document to print. I really appreciated the really good customer service and efforts to get my doc to print. The self-printing was easy and quick in a pinch.
