Changed my label from no sign to sign after they saw how expensive contents were and didn’t say anything so the package got sent back and never delivered
I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled after a very disappointing experience at FedEx. I interacted with an employee named Jodie, and unfortunately, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve my issue or answering my questions with courtesy, she was dismissive and short with me the entire time.
Just bad overall.
I've been awaiting 4 days for a delivery & FedEx has had possession & won't allow my package to be picked up they placed on a local post office delivery truck , knowing delivery can't be made by a USPS In a resort or trailer park & now FedEx told me On my ebay tracking that they were out to deliver very deceptive & I find out that they lied & Instead placed with a postal service delivery knowing post office can't deliver I attempted several times to pick up & no we don't allow that wow.I never will purchase a Item If FedEx I... read more
