Changed my label from no sign to sign after they saw how expensive contents were and didn’t say anything so the package got sent back and never delivered
I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled after a very disappointing experience at FedEx. I interacted with an employee named Jodie, and unfortunately, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve my issue or answering my questions with courtesy, she was dismissive and short with me the entire time.
Just bad overall.
