This a long overview review. Missed my order by days and the lady working here is rude!
They charged same price as higher weight paper with the lower weight page that’s available. I was planning to print thousands of pieces. But this Fedex location will NOT be getting my business.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at FedEx was too disappointing to ignore. The staff I interacted with were dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve my issue or answering basic questions, they acted annoyed and uninterested the entire time. It honestly seemed like they had no idea what they were doing or didn’t care to. Changed my label from no sign to sign after they saw how expensive contents were and didn’t say anything so the package got sent back and never delivered
