I went to this location for the first time today and I was greeted by the new Manager Melissa. She was so helpful and professional. I have to say this was my best experience with FedEx staff.
In my experience its borderline impossible to process refunds if fedex mismanages your packages
Everything went well except the app doesn't work well. Also, if you want overnight shipping, you better get it a lot earlier than their closing time.
Friendly. For anyone looking for it, it is in the Walmart just inside the Home & Pharmacy entrance.
