I had such a wonderful experience working with Shawonda on a printing order: she was so helpful and kind, and our order came out beautifully. She was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions - everything was done very quickly! I will definitely be back.
I arrived at 3 PM to drop off a package for express overnight delivery. The staff directed me to use the drop box, which I did, and I received a receipt confirming the drop-off. However, the next morning, my package had not arrived. When I checked the tracking system, I saw that it wasn't picked up from the drop box until 11 AM the following day, way past the expected timeline. Worst staff in the world. Could they get any ruder? When you ask them something politely they say “ like I just said “ “ as I have stated “ or simply roll their eyes. Definitely never coming back here
