Very disappointing customer service at this location. I came in to ask for help shipping a laptop. Apparently this location has no inventory available and no way of helping me order the materials or searching for other locations where the materials might be available. The people who work at this location were dismissive and unhelpful. Recommend you go to another location if you want good, helpful service.
I paid for expedited shipping, and my package was delayed past my daughter’s birthday. The tracking kept changing, and customer service couldn’t tell me when it would actually arrive. This was extremely disappointing
I’ve only had good experiences here. Staff members are friendly, proactive, and helpful.
We able to drop off two packages relatively quickly, 30 minutes after opening, and the staff member was helpful and kind. I used both the self scan and the front desk.
