Came in here to mail a few packages and was using the self-service machine to do so when the lady who works here rudely stepped in without asking me if I was finished using the machine. She tried to cancel my shipment before I was done and then called me names as I was leaving. 5 minutes later as I was waiting at the bus stop she confronted me on the street and made me feel unsafe. Had to move lots of boxes across the country and multiple staff members assisted us with this. All were very helpful and explained things clearly to us. The printing and scanning can be confusing, so I'd recommend asking for help as soon as you get stuck. Would recommend this store!
A vendor told me to return sneakers in the original box and gave me a FedEx packing code. In the end I had to buy an $8 box to put that box inside of, and the sales person acted as though I had woken up this morning with the sole purpose of trying to ruin her life. Generally, a pretty bad experience.
Super helpful service from employee Alex today. Very patient with my many questions.
Terrible and unhelpful customer service, left me and my wife very frustrated
