Understaffed and staffing they have is not well trained at customer service.
6:10pm on a Friday and FedEx was already closed. They’re supposed to be opened until 7pm.
Says opens at 12pm Sunday. Here I am 12:10pm Sunday and it’s closed still.
The experience at FedEx in Brookline was excellent. On-street parking is available. Opened promptly at 8am. I had a label printing question. Shawanda very impressively assisted me. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure I took my receipt for the tracking information. Thank you, FedEx and Shawanda.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with an employee at this location. I had come in to drop off a package and had already printed out my label using the self-service station. However, when I went to the front desk to ask if I could borrow the tape gun to tape up my package before leaving it in the dropbox, the employee at the front repeatedly accused me of trying to cut the line, not even allowing me to explain what I wanted.
