Great and helpful customer service!! Always friendly and knowledgeable.
LaKita was so polite and friendly even when I showed up at closing. She didn’t complain and was able to get my item shipped.
2pm on a monday, not a holiday, they are locked up tight. Closed. Nobody there. *Edit There is one lady working there and she takes a late lunch.
The worker literally closes the gate as I was walking up. It’s 1:36 pm and not suppose to close until 6. Also, why are yall even in a Walmart!! Please get a better location if your hours aren’t set.
Very unorganized; why offer services if you’re not going to assist paying customers? There’s no reason as to why I have to wait until you take care of every other customer that is shipping an item. Even though, I was there first. Ready label, I understand but even for those who have to get labels created? Won’t get anymore business from me.
