I’ve managed 61 trips around the sun without the need to ship a package overnight. When I arrived I was greeted by Elizabeth (a trainee) with a warm smile and asked if I needed help. I confessed to having no idea what I needed to do. She walked me through the process providing multiple options. At no time did she make me feel like I was anything other than a valued customer. She was pleasant, professional and informative… she was amazing!!!

Did not love my very brief experience with Laura. I brought in a box of items I’m shipping back to a company to return. She asked if that’s how I wanted to ship it, so I said I don’t know & was just confused at what she was getting at? She asked me to shake the box. I did not because I’m not a child and I know what happens when things move around in a box. Eventually I had to be the one to ask her what she is wanting me to do. Went in today to have interior parts for my car packaged and shipped. The woman who assisted me was very efficient and quite knowledgeable. I had never had anything packaged and shipped before she made it very enjoyable. I had first gone to UPS and they were rude and said they didn't have boxes and it would take at least two weeks to ship my items. They actually recommended Fedex. Took them up on their offer.
