I’ve always appreciated how kind the staff are, but the female manager is the reason I walk in feeling upset. Somehow the staff are more professional than the manager.

There should be three employees working here at all times! There was only one person working a shift at the front end, this is terrible for customer service. Should have two people at the registers assisting customers and a third in the back. Terrible! And I feel bad for this poor worker. Won't be coming back her simply because of corporate stupid decisions to save money rather then help their employees. But 10 put of 10 for Mercedes! Super helpful. Very polite! Very hospitable! Mrsaydes took 20 minutes to get 1 customer through with 7 more in line and counting. Hire a second person or retain staff to get faster with processes.
