Just found out that fedex lies to their customers. If you select to return an item via fedex drop off, you have to purchase a box even though the return instructions clearly state that no box or label is required.
Jason was extremely helpful in getting my architectural drawings printed and readable. He gets the 5 stars. Office Depot was epic fail.
