It's Jackson, it's hard to find enough staff to even keep the lights on. They do the best they can, but sometimes there's a bit of a wait. If you can prep your label online, it really speeds things up. It's a good FedEx office, with a bunch of really cool people running the place. Just understand that there might be a wait if there's a line.

Had to ship an antique wood chair. We also had to pack some other breakable antiques. This location was very accommodating and even gave us some some extra packing paper they had. Very friendly too.

Beware! They are after your money and charge you the highest amount. Went in to print something, the assistant manager was helping me. He made me send the document via email to a fedex account - did that received a code all is well until now! Then, It took about 10 minutes to print, I had asked for a single page he printed 3 and then charged me for 3! After all this he mentions there are printing stations I could have used that are faster and cheaper!!!
