Beware! They are after your money and charge you the highest amount. Went in to print something, the assistant manager was helping me. He made me send the document via email to a fedex account - did that received a code all is well until now! Then, It took about 10 minutes to print, I had asked for a single page he printed 3 and then charged me for 3! After all this he mentions there are printing stations I could have used that are faster and cheaper!!!
Mail in this town is awful, everyone local knows that. But this FedEx location doesn't make it any better.
Terrible customer service, they’re rude even if you’re trying to be nice, also if you need to be at home to sing off the package and can’t, well forget you order that package cuz they can’t just reroute the package for pickup to this location
Went in at 530pm on a Friday, no line and 3 people working, so definitely not understaffed as of spring 2025
He helped me sending it in the front and back
