I returned a mattress here to go back to SHEIN and somehow, it never made it. They didn't give me a receipt as they were in a rush and the mattress just disappeared!?! A whole mattress??? That's Crazy!
Came in this Saturday and the woman working the counter was curt and unhelpful. Poor customer service

Bradley Muñoz went above and beyond to help me when I lost my receipt with the tracking number on it. Also the woman who took in my shipment was very friendly and helpful, though I didn't catch her name. This place is so convenient for shipping from Old Town. Give them another chance.
Everyone who works here has an awful attitude. Their misery is projected onto customers and they hate providing any sort of customer service. Go to a different Fedex
