I wanted to share 2 great visits to this location. The first was at the end of October. I was printing my Mom's Celebration of Life Programs. I called, Carmen was so kind. I explained I wasn't sure how to go about printing, etc. She walked me thru how to email to her, she would ensure the margin were clear and clean. Carmen suggested which cardstock she recommended and would call me with any questions. Came in to drop a package and the people at the counter were complaining about helping, and kept on insisting to use the ship and go next time… the store had 2 other people that were already getting helped, not welcoming at all…

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this FedEx location today. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She snapped at me to use the "Ship & Go" kiosk (which I had never used before and had no idea how to operate), then proceeded to bad-mouth me to another customer right in front of me, loudly asking if I could even read.On top of the terrible customer service, I noticed packages sitting unsecured at the Scan & Go area for an extended time with no apparent ove... read more
