Very rude, toxic, unfriendly, bad vibe, and unprofessional. I won’t do my business here again.
Disappointing Customer Service The lady at the front desk was very rude when I asked for help shipping a package. I wasn’t sure of the process and instead of offering any guidance, she made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. A little patience and kindness would’ve gone a long way.
The associate, Rebecca, needs to take a class in customer service. You ask her a question, and she will roll her eyes at you. Any normal human interaction is tossed out of the window when you come across this woman. Fedex, do better.
White lady up front very rude and not helpful! Not using FedEx anymore
The employees here were not friendly at all. The guy with a cane was sitting down while helping a customer and treating her very unpleasantly. The other 2 female employees told me to drop my phone I was returning in the drop box when the machine stated "do not drop hazardous items" which a lithium was listed. Knowing I have a lithium ion battery in my phone. I refused to use the drop box. The website I purchased the phone stated as well do not use a drop box.
