Had the unfortunate experience of needing to ask a question before dropping off a package. The lady was very irritated before even interacting with me. I asked if my prepaid overnight M-F package would arrive Saturday (dropped off Friday at 2:30pm). She said, "no, on Monday" and did not care at all that I was bothered it was not going to arrive in time.
