I recently went to the FedEx store at 440 Crossroads Dr in Rochester, MN to send some important documents to another state, via FedEx standard overnight. I also needed to do some color printing on the self-service printers. Rebecca was the FedEx employee I dealt with at this location. Very unimpressed with the delivery I received. First day was told 3 different times for my package. The second day I stayed home and they never showed and the last day if my dogs didnt bark I dont believe the guy would have knocked. Im definitely not a fan of FedEx. I would never use it for delivery if it were my choice. Ever package ive ever got from them has been a horrible experience.
