One woman who works there is possibly the most unfriendly on the island. Avoid, if can!
I needed help with my shipping Cina and Maria helped me. The Kaneohe Fedex is fantastic.
Needed help printing out a poster for a school project last minute. The process was easy. All I had to do was email them the file, pay for it and wait couple of minutes for it to print. Thought it would take longer. Was impressed with the quality. Staff was friendly and did a great job explaining the process.
I never had a bad experience at FedEx up in till today. The girl working today 12/11/25 4:40 pm has no customer service and was rude. I know she did not look for the document I possibly left in the printer.
