Staff was weirdly rude. Who ever the old lady is behind the counter….your passive aggression is showing.
I Ship here all of the time. They have the most professional staff who genuinely care about you and your shipment. There is 1 day a week when one of the Ladies holds down the fort and has to close for a lunch break. I believe its Friday between 1:30-2:30PM. She deserves that break, so please be considerate. I am sure you can shop at Wal-Mart if you have to wait.
There’s no FedEx here. Walmart parking lot with. Vehicle inspection building.
I’d give 0 if I could for fedex as a whole. You go to these FedEx stores and they tell you that they can’t help you with something so then you try to call customer service to find out what the appropriate location for you to go is and there is not a human under the sun that you can actually speak to to assist you! it is the most frustrating thing when all you have to do is bring an item and a label and have them package it for you but nowhere to do that because they don’t have a regular store anymore like UPS or the post off... read more
