They post a pick up time but don’t abide by it. I got there at 3:38 to ship ground and they told me the driver had already picked up. I asked if the 4pm time for ground had changed and was told the pick up time is up to the driver. If that’s the case don’t post a time then.
Terrible service, package was never delivered

Need better training. Went in to ship documents out of the country, just as I had done a couple weeks prier. Was told I couldn’t, because of PO Box. Told her to omit that and it would be fine. Then said she couldn’t with no zip code. Explained that country does not use them, and the manager did it just fine a couple weeks ago and it delivered.
