Need better training. Went in to ship documents out of the country, just as I had done a couple weeks prier. Was told I couldn’t, because of PO Box. Told her to omit that and it would be fine. Then said she couldn’t with no zip code. Explained that country does not use them, and the manager did it just fine a couple weeks ago and it delivered. First time using FedEx here at the Walmart and it was very pleasant and a good experience… the lady that worked in there was very nice and very quick!
